Absentee Ballot

The Nominating Committee nominates the following members to serve as Second
Vice President or Director of NBS for a period of three years. Below each nom-
inee's name is a blank space where additional nominees may be written in. Each
write-in nominee must submit to the Chairman of the Nominating Committee a
written acceptance of the nomination by July 1, 2008. In addition, the third Board
member will be Tammy Jones of Tennessee, who will transition automatically from
President to Board member.

Mail in time to reach her no later than August 1,2008 to be valid at the Annual Meeting
to be held on August 15,2008. Your name and address should be printed on a sticker
or on the envelope itself, either in the upper left hand corner of the face of the envelope
or on the back flap. PLEASE SIGN YOUR NAME CLOSE TO THE PRINTED RETURN
ADDRESS. Your name, with or without your address, should NOT be anywhere on the
ballot form itself. DO NOT enclose dues payment or any other communications with
the Absentee Ballot form.
