2010-2011 MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY INFORMATION
Included with this Bulletin is the new NBS Membership Directory - by STATE!
Last year the Board agreed to alternate every other printing by ALPHA and by
STATE. Please be sure to check your personal information and let me know
ASAP of any corrections. State presidents, I need your help. Please check with
your state's contact person to be sure your state's information is sent to me every
TWO years by May 1. Less than 25% of the State contacts responded by that date.
To obtain the information, club websites and state bulletins had to be checked.
Also, emails were sent and phone calls made.
2012 NBS DUES INSERT
A GREEN 2012 membership form is included in your July issue, and it will also
be inserted in the October issue. Please have your dues to me by October 31, on
the NBS website using Pay Pal or by mailing your form with a check made out to
National Button Society.

PAY YOUR 2012 DUES AT NATIONAL IN GRAND RAPIDS, MI
Those attending the National Convention this year may pay their 2012 dues at
the NBS table in the showroom. I hope to see you there!

NBS MEMORIAL
Notify me prior to July 28 of any NBS member who has passed away so our
button family can remember him or her at the NBS Annual Breakfast. (FYI: It is
never too late to add someone who wasn't noted in a previous year.)
WHERE, OH WHERE, HAVE OUR MEMBERS GONE ...
At the time of this writing the NBS membership is down to 2620. Please feel free
to send me suggestions about how we might encourage membership. I'll be sure
to forward them to the Board.

DONATIONS
All members/clubs may donate to a variety of funds, i.e. a designated fund such
as the the Member-supported Color Fund, the General Fund, or by sponsor-
ing a color cover. Continued donations help sustain those funds. The Board will
formally acknowledge donations of $25 or more. Send checks, payable to the Na-
tional Button Society to: NBS treasurer Janel Smith (address is inside front cover
of this Bulletin). Or, use the NBS PayPal account: sales@nationalbuttonsociety.org.
Include the name of the desired fund .
