Hello friends of the National Button Society (NBS) . As you
are aware, the cost of many items has been increasing sig-
nificantly over the past few years . For example, the costs for
printing and mailing the NBS Button Bulletin have increased
30% since 2017, while dues have not been increased since
2010 . NBS revenue is not keeping up with expenses, even
after significant cuts over the past few years (see the July
Bulletin for the annual financial report for additional de-
tails) . As the Board reviews options, it would like your
thoughts and feedback to help guide decisions about the
future .
