On motion by N[rs. Lawson, seconded by Miss Bennett, a^nd carried, the above
lisied appointments were approved and confirmed by ttre Board
Mr. Robert H. Hill, Show Manager. was in attendance from g:00 p.M. to
8:20 PJvr. i\[r. Hill reported tr.iat 25 dealers had been present artd tha.t clariflca-
tion of conhracts with dealers wa^s desirable; and that the strow ha.d iunctioned
harmoniously.
Miss Benneut moved that tlre policy of the National Button sociery should
continue in relation to dealers'contracts; i.e., that deaJers be present fof the fult
term of t'heir contract with no exceptions. T'lxe motion wa,s seconded by Mrs.
Ioahy, and carried.
A rnotion wa.s made by Mrs. Lawson that Mr. Robert H. Hill be re-ernployed
-shbw,
a-s show Manager with a contract at 9250.00 for his services for the rs66
and_renewal of the agreement as entered into in 1964 covering the tra.nsportation
of the Exhibition rlacks, also the transporLation and storage of ttre Nationa,l
Button socieiy Library. The motion was soconded by Mrs. t ydecker, and caJried.

BIILLEIIN be set at 75d. The motion was seconded by Mrs. Lydecker, and
ca,rried.
Mrs. La,wson moved that the price of ttro ofiicia^l N.B.S. Measure be set at
5oc' pendina the c"ost of aJI additional supply, and that the Eastern and western
representatives be so advised. The motion was seconded by Mrs. Rodv/ay, and
caJTied.
rt was tJxe consensus of the Boa,rd that additional supplies of both the N.B.s.
Button and Measure should be ordorcd. To that enh, tne Secrebary was
instructed to request N[rs. Howard c. Aberle to get quotations on the god-flued
brrtto-ns to be made up from the original aie, notitying the preeident aio teaving
ttre decision to order lfi) or 2fi) to the president's discretion. The secretary waI
also instructed to get a quota,tion on 1000 to rsoo of the official N.B.s. rvreasures,
and to relay that information to the president for her acilon.

journed at 9:10 P.M.
