R,EPOBT OF TEE BULLETTN R,EVfEW EDITOR,
Due to my prolonged a.bence from the country, only one review was sub-
       mitted this yea^r.
There are now eighteen state publications and the News Sheet of the Juniors,
within the National Society. These publications range in number of issues per
yeax, from Ivlassachusett's one biennially, to Wisconsin's ten annually. Most state
bulletins fall into the four-per-yeer group.
fn addition to ttEse, my flle contains the monthly News Ietter of The Pion€er
       Club of Canada.
By comparing curent issues of the state publications with tlroee of flve or slx
years ago it ls possible to see that a great improvement has taken plaoe in tnany
       i:rstanoes.
                                           Respectfully submitted,
                                              NINA III'LL MILLER,,
